How much do I save?
Subscribe & save takes 10% off the one-time price of eligible individual 40g matcha tins on each subscription order. The subscription price is shown on the product page and before checkout. Twin-pack subscriptions take an extra 5% off the current twin-pack price. The builder shows the combined saving in pounds and percent against those same two tins bought individually. The total varies by combination; delivery charges are excluded from the saving.
How do I choose a delivery frequency?
Think about how much matcha you use. A 40g tin lasts about 40 servings at 1g or 20 servings at 2g. Single tins offer any whole-week interval from 1 to 12 weeks, or 16 or 24 weeks. Twin packs offer every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. You can change the available interval later through your subscription link.
Can I change my matcha or number of tins?
Yes. Open the secure link in your subscription email to review and edit the products and quantities in your subscription before the next payment is processed. The next order total may change when you change its contents.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Use the secure management link in your subscription email to skip an upcoming delivery, pause your subscription or cancel future orders. There is no minimum number of repeat orders. If a payment has already been processed, contact us about that order.
When will I be charged?
Your first subscription order is charged when you check out. Future orders are charged automatically at your selected interval unless you change, skip, pause or cancel them before processing. Check the next payment date through your management link.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver within the UK. Standard delivery is £3.50 for orders below £30 and free for orders of £30 or more. The threshold applies to each delivery’s product total after discounts. Check the delivery charge shown before you confirm your order.

Can I buy without subscribing?
Yes. Select one-time purchase on the product page for a single order. Our two-tin Mix & Matcha boxes can be bought once or on subscription.
