Method

Using a tea scoop or ½ teaspoon, add 1g of matcha tea powder to your cup

Pour a small amount of hot water (80°C) over the matcha powder
step 03
Whisk the matcha gently until a layer of froth forms on the surface

Pour in the rest of the hot water or milk, filling the cup to the top and enjoy
